I bought Last Tissue on kickstarter. Loved the concept. Still do. Re/Use them as needed. Wash them as needed... simply, soft, durable. Economical, eco friendly. Used them through two bought of pneumonia, one of Covid and one of flu. Great.Two weeks of upper respiratory infection made me realize how grateful I am to have bought more refills. I cram about 30 fresh tissues into a box dispenser upon refill. I have four boxes. Have two extra stacks of refills, so that I can refill two boxes while I dump all used tissues in a big bucket of hot soapy water to soak for 30-45 minutes, set timer. When timer is up, drain bucket , rinse a second time ,drain and run with a load of wash cloths and towels in the washing machine. Tumble dry. Add vinegar ti the "fabric softener cup to soften, and clean without adding fabric softener chemicals. Ready for another round of drip, drip, drip... fold/refill the other two boxes and have another two stacks on standby.Easy, environmentally sound, durable, reassuring to have on hand, economical (years of repeated use), simple. I have 4 bix boxes and a travel sized purse sized carry along box-ette that I don't bother with any more. I simply take a big box with me as it is about the same thickness as a good hardcover book, though slightly smaller in height and depth. When recovering from my winter bought of illness I have a zippered nail polish case that I repurchased to carry my tissue box, nasal spray, saline, cough drops/suppressant, mucus control meds, and abx/prescription/other meds. I attach the little case to my briefcase handle when I'm able to return to work but am still riding out the aftereffects of illness. These tissues are an essential part of my recovery routine!
