This is a second time I am buying this item. This time as gift to my fitness instructor who recommended this tool to me (his got stolen). I've been using it on and off and have to tell you that I was able to get rid of very persistent back and hip pain that was bothering me for years. As lo g as you are using it properly I think it is a very good investment in your health.
